Georgia High School Softball - Eastside bounces Clarke Central

The Eastside Eagles routed the host Clarke Central Gladiators softball squad by a count of 13-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Eagles (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Loganville (Loganville, GA). The Red Devils go into the 5A Region 8 battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, Loganville topped Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA), 5-1, in a league battle.
The Gladiators now sport a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Winder-Barrow for a 5A Region 8 battle on Thursday, September 22. Clarke Central will meet a Bulldoggs squad coming off a 12-5 league win over Heritage (Conyers, GA). The Bulldoggs record now stands at 12-4.
