In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 2 contest, on Thursday, September 22. Knoch will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA).

With the loss, Ambridge moves to 1-1 on the year. The Bridgers travel to Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA) to battle the Cougars in a WPIAL 3A 4 contest on Thursday, September 22. The Cougars go into the contest with a record of 2-2.
