The Blacksburg Bruins prevailed the visiting Pulaski County Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bruins now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a River Ridge test on Wednesday, September 21. Blacksburg will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 11-1.
The Cougars (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Knights enter the River Ridge test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Cave Spring gained a win over Salem (Salem, VA), 3-0, in a league test.
