The Carter-Riverside Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now possess a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Young Women's Leadership Academy for a 4A Region II District 9 game on Friday, September 23. Carter-Riverside will meet a Lady Owls team coming off a 3-0 league win over Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX). The Lady Owls record now stands at 8-4.

The Eagles (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Benbrook (Benbrook, TX). The Bobcats enter the 4A Region II District 9 game with a 13-12 record. In their last game, Benbrook defeated Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
