South Carolina High School Volleyball - Northwestern tips Catawba Ridge

In Tuesday's league contest, the Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a AAAA Region 3 contest, on Thursday, September 22. Northwestern will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Bruins go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC).

With the loss, Catawba Ridge moves to 10-6 on the year. The Copperheads host South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC) to battle the Stallions in a AAAA Region 3 contest on Thursday, September 22. The Stallions go into the contest with a record of 5-5. South Pointe won 3-0 in their recent league contest against York (York, SC)
