North Carolina High School Volleyball - Central Davidson crushed by Montgomery Central

The Montgomery Central Timberwolves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Central Davidson Spartans to 0 in the Timberwolves league victory on Tuesday.

The Timberwolves now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Grove for a Mid-Piedmont 3A game on Thursday, September 22. Montgomery Central will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-7.

The Spartans (1-14) will now prepare for their game against North Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights enter the Mid-Piedmont 3A game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, North Davidson gained a win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
