The East Jessamine Jaguars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Woodford County Yellowjackets to 2 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Jaguars now have a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mercer County for a District 46 game on Thursday, September 22. East Jessamine will meet a Titans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY). The Titans record now stands at 9-5.
The Yellowjackets (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Rebels enter the non-league game with a 10-10 record. In their last game, Boyle County was nudged by Pulaski County (Somerset, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
