Texas High School Volleyball - Evadale over Spurger

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Evadale Rebels (Evadale, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Spurger Pirates (Spurger, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Rebels battle the Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 23. Evadale will attempt to better on its 9-18 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 15-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Splendora (Splendora, TX).

With the loss, Spurger moves to 7-11 on the year. The Pirates host High Island (High Island, TX) to battle the Cardinals in a 1A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, September 23. The Cardinals go into the contest with a record of 1-14. High Island lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against West Hardin (Saratoga, TX)
