Virginia High School Volleyball - Rustburg over Glass

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Rustburg Red Devils (Rustburg, VA) and the host Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA), saw Rustburg's volleyball squad beat Glass by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Rustburg upgrades its record to 9-0 on the year. The Red Devils host Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a Seminole bout on Thursday, September 22. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Jefferson Forest won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Heritage (Lynchburg, VA)

The Hilltoppers now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Brookville for a Seminole bout on Thursday, September 22. Glass will play a Bees squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Bees record now stands at 5-1.
