The Grulla Gators (Rio Grande City, TX) volleyball overcame the host Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Grulla upgrades its record to 11-12 on the year. The Gators host Zapata (Zapata, TX) to face the Hawks in a 4A Region IV District 32 outing on Saturday, September 24. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 5-9. Zapata won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX)
