The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles come into the National battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Edison achieved victory over Lewis (Springfield, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Majors encounter the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a National battle, on Thursday, September 22. Mount Vernon will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Atoms come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology (Alexandria, VA).
