The Louisa County Lions topped the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lions now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Albemarle for a Jefferson test on Thursday, September 22. Louisa County will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-4.

The Fighting Hornets (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos enter the Jefferson test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Fluvanna County gained a win over Monticello (Charlottesville, VA), 3-0, in a league test.
