The Lunenburg Central Chargers topped the visiting Prince Edward County Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Chargers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 21. Lunenburg Central will confront a Broncos team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA). The Broncos record now stands at 1-5.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Nottoway (Nottoway, VA). The Cougars enter the James River test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Nottoway gained a win over Buckingham (Buckingham, VA), 3-2, in a league test.
