In Tuesday's league contest, the Saks Wildcats (Anniston, AL) volleyball squad edged the host Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Wellborn Panthers (Anniston, AL) in a 3A Area 9 contest, on Tuesday, September 27. Saks will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record.

With the loss, Randolph County drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Wellborn (Anniston, AL) to battle the Panthers in a 3A Area 9 contest on Thursday, September 22. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 7-5. Wellborn won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Glencoe (Glencoe, AL)
