The Pioneers (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Easton (Easton, ME). The Bears go into the Class D - North battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Easton Fort Fairfield (Fort Fairfield, ME), 2-2, in a league test.

With the loss, Ashland drops to 3-2 on the season. The Hornets host Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME) to meet the Panthers in a Class D - North test on Friday, September 22. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Central Aroostook lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME)
