In Wednesday's league battle, the host General McLane Lancers soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Harbor Creek Huskies.
The Lancers (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA). The Lakers come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Mercyhurst Prep was nudged by Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
The Huskies (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Tigers come into the District 10 Region 4 battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Fairview was nudged by Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA), 6-0, in a league battle.
