The Bobcats now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highlands for a Smoky Mountain 1A game on Wednesday, September 27. Blue Ridge Early College will play a Highlanders squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-4.

The Braves (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Hayesville (Hayesville, NC). The Yellowjackets go into the Smoky Mountain 1A game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Hayesville overcame Andrews (Andrews, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
