The Colonels now sport a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Calhoun for a 5A Region 7 match on Thursday, September 21. Cass will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Rome moves to 3-12 on the season. The Wolves host Darlington (Rome, GA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, September 25. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 7-8. Darlington lost 6-5 in their recent league match against Dade County (Trenton, GA)
