The Corunna Cavaliers prevailed the visiting Brandon Blackhawks volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cavaliers now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fowler for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Corunna will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pewamo-Westphalia (Pewamo, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 6-11.

The Blackhawks (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI). The Cavaliers enter the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Carman-Ainsworth dropped by Davison (Davison, MI), 3-0, in a league test.
