Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host HOPE Academy Royals (Concord, NC), 3-2 in a non-league game.
The Comets now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Varsity Opponent for a game on Tuesday, September 26.
The Royals (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC). The Patriots enter the game with a 13-1 record.
