North Carolina High School Volleyball - Central Cabarrus over Concord

The Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Central Cabarrus upgrades its record to 6-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to face the Mustangs in a South Piedmont 3A outing on Thursday, September 21. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 6-8. East Rowan lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)

The Spiders now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Carson for a South Piedmont 3A outing on Thursday, September 21. Concord will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-7.
