The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) and the visiting Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI), saw Lakeview's volleyball squad beat Port Huron Northern by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Lakeview upgrades its record to 14-1 on the year. The Huskies host Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Sterling Heights lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Center Line (Center Line, MI)

The Huskies now own a 14-13 record. They play next when they host Chippewa Valley for a Macomb Area - Blue bout on Tuesday, September 26.
