The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) and the visiting Millington Cardinals (Millington, MI), saw Valley Lutheran's volleyball squad beat Millington by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Valley Lutheran upgrades its record to 15-2 on the year. The Chargers travel to Dakota (Macomb, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Dakota lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Romeo (Romeo, MI)

The Cardinals now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Caro for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. Millington will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cass City (Cass City, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.
