The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Providence Academy Lions (Plymouth, MN) and the visiting Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN), saw Providence Academy's volleyball squad beat Minnehaha Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Providence Academy upgrades its record to 8-1 on the year. The Lions host Mounds Park Academy (St. Paul, MN) to play the Panthers in a Independent Metro Athletic bout on Monday, September 25. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Mounds Park Academy won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN)

The Red Hawks now own a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hopkins for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23.
