North Carolina High School Volleyball - New Hanover South Brunswick

September 20, 2023: Wilmington, NC 28401

The South Brunswick Cougars topped the host New Hanover Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cougars now have a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashley for a Mideastern 3A/4A test on Thursday, September 21. South Brunswick will confront a Screaming Eagle team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 5-8.

The Wildcats (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the Mideastern 3A/4A test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Topsail gained a win over Ashley (Wilmington, NC), 3-1, in a league test.
