California High School Volleyball - Ponderosa over Oakmont

September 20, 2023: Shingle Springs, CA 95682

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) and the visiting Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), saw Ponderosa's volleyball squad beat Oakmont by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Ponderosa upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Bruins travel to Argonaut (Jackson, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-12.

The Vikings now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Nevada Union for a Foothill Valley League bout on Wednesday, September 27.
