Nebraska High School Football - Creighton tops St. Mary's

The Creighton Bulldogs football squad scored 68 points and limited the host St. Mary's Cardinals to 52 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elgin/Pope John for a D2 District 7 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 27. Creighton will meet a Wolfpack squad coming off a 64-14 league win over North Central (Bassett, NE). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, St. Mary's drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE) to meet the Bulldogs in a D2 District 7 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 27. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-3. Ainsworth won 50-6 in their recent league test against Neligh-Oakdale (Neligh, NE)
