The East Stroudsburg South Cavaliers walloped the host Pleasant Valley Bears football team by a score of 54-14 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Freedom Patriots (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 27. East Stroudsburg South will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 56-16 non-league win over William Allen (Allentown, PA).
The Bears (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA). The Blue Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Nazareth Area was ripped by Parkland (Allentown, PA), 31-6, in a league challenge.
