Indiana High School Football - Peru trounced by Maconaquah

September 20, 2024: Peru, IN 46970

Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Peru Tigers (Peru, IN), 42-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Maconaquah advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Braves host Northwestern (Kokomo, IN) to play the Tigers in a Three Rivers battle on Friday, September 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Northwestern won 47-16 in their recent league battle against Whitko (South Whitley, IN)

The Tigers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rochester for a Three Rivers battle on Friday, September 27. Peru will play a Zebras team coming off a 50-22 league win over Lewis Cass (Walton, IN). The Zebras record now stands at 4-1.
