Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT), 2-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Rivendell Academy moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The travel to Randolph (Randolph, VT) to clash with the Ghosts in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Ghosts come into the test with a record of 0-5. Randolph lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT)

The Chieftains now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to White River Valley for a SVL-C test on Tuesday, September 24.
