Marlboro Mustangs (Marlboro, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marlboro improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 5-2.

The Bucs now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rumson-Fair Haven for a Shore B - North test on Saturday, September 21. Red Bank Regional will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Raritan (Hazlet, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.
