In Friday's league match, the Oak Ridge War Eagles (Conroe, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Willis Wildkats (Willis, TX), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the War Eagles battle the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a 6A Region II District 13 match, on Tuesday, September 24. Oak Ridge will attempt to move on its 27-7 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 16-13 record after their 3-1 league win over Conroe (Conroe, TX).

The Wildkats (21-15) will now prepare for their match against Grand Oaks (Spring, TX). The Grizzlies enter the 6A Region II District 13 match with a 26-6 record. In their last match, Grand Oaks notched a victory over Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX), 3-0, in a league match.
