The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles softball squad (Highlands Ranch, CO), was edged 15-14 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO)
With the triumph, Heritage improves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO) to face the Sabercats in a non-league contest on Monday, September 22. The Sabercats go into the bout with a record of 4-3.
The Golden Eagles now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Ponderosa for a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 24. Mountain Vista will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-9 non-league win over ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-2.
