The Creede Miners knocked off the visiting Sierra Grande Panthers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Miners now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Monte Vista for a non-league match on Friday, September 26.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Sargent (Monte Vista, CO). The Farmers enter the bout with a 2-0 record.
