In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Menlo-Atherton Bears.

With the win, Sacred Heart Prep improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Gators travel to Harker (San Jose, CA) to face the Eagles in a test on Tuesday, September 23. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 3-0.

The Bears now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Aragon for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 20. Menlo-Atherton will meet a Dons team coming off a 2-1 league win over Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Dons record now stands at 2-4.
