In Saturday's league outing, the host Fort Hill Sentinels soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Bishop Walsh Spartans.

The Sentinels (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Southern (Oakland, MD). The Rams go into the Class 1A West I outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Southern was overwhelmed by Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD), 2-0, in a league test.

The Spartans now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Berkeley Springs for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Bishop Walsh will clash with a Indians team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Clarksburg, WV). The Indians record now stands at 0-10.
