With the triumph, Gallia Academy moves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Fairland (Proctorville, OH) to clash with the Dragons in a Ohio Valley test on Tuesday, September 23. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 2-6. Fairland won 9-1 in their recent league test against Rock Hill (Ironton, OH)

The Fighting Tigers now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Portsmouth for a Ohio Valley test on Thursday, September 25. Ironton will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Wellston (Wellston, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
