Georgia High School Softball - Mays drops to Westlake

The Mays Raiders softball team (Atlanta, GA), was routed 21-5 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Westlake Lions (Atlanta, GA)

The Lions (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against Carrollton (Carrollton, GA). The Trojans go into the 6A Region 2 bout with a 13-2 record. In their last bout, Carrollton gained a win over Harrison (Kennesaw, GA), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA) in a 4A Region 4 game, on Tuesday, September 23. Mays will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Seminoles enter the game with a 8-3 record after their 21-5 league win over Jackson (Atlanta, GA).
