Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Abington Heights over Montrose

The Abington Heights Comets volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Montrose Meteors to 0 in the Comets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Comets now possess a 15-0 record. They play next when they travel to Tunkhannock for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Abington Heights will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Montrose drops to 5-3 on the year. The Meteors travel to Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA) to confront the Lions in a Lackawanna game on Tuesday, September 23. The Lions enter the bout with a record of 0-7. Lackawanna Trail lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Dunmore (Dunmore, PA)
