Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Algona Bulldogs (Algona, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Broncos enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Belmond-Klemme was beaten by North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA) in a North Central challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Algona will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Cadets enter the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA).
