The Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons edged the host Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Falcons now possess a 18-5 record. They play next when they host Hudson for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. Aplington-Parkersburg will play a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Denver (Denver, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 18-7.
With the loss, Gladbrook-Reinbeck drops to 12-7 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Oelwein (Oelwein, IA) to confront the Huskies in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 3-5.
