Henderson County Colonels (Henderson, KY) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Henderson County advances its record to 17-4 on the season. The Colonels host Owensboro Catholic (Owensboro, KY) to face the Aces in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24. The Aces go into the test with a record of 13-7.

The Eagles now sport a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Owensboro for a District 9 challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Apollo will play a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ohio County (Hartford, KY). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-11.
