In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Appoquinimink Jaguars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the MOT Charter Mustangs.
The Jaguars (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE). The enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks (Wilmington, DE) in a Diamond State challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. MOT Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Seahawks enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Odessa (Townsend, DE).
