Nebraska High School Volleyball - Central City over Aquinas

The Central City Bison volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Aquinas Monarchs to 0 in the Bison non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bison now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ord for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. Central City will clash with a Chanticleers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over High Plains (Polk, NE). The Chanticleers record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Aquinas drops to 1-10 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 23. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 9-6. Grand Island Central Catholic lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Amherst (Amherst, NE)
