Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI) and the visiting New Haven Rockets (New Haven, MI), observed Bishop Foley's volleyball team top New Haven by a tally of 2-0.

The Ventures (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Regina (Warren, MI). The enter the Catholic - AA contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Regina beat Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Rockets meet the Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI) in a Macomb Area - Silver test, on Thursday, September 25. New Haven will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Stallions go into the test with a 0-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI).
