With the win, Kettering improves its record to 5-9 on the season. The Captains travel to Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI) to encounter the Warriors in a Lakes Valley battle on Thursday, September 25. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 2-11.

The Trojans now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they host Midland for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 20. Clarenceville will meet a Chemics team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Chemics record now stands at 9-4.
