The Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA) volleyball held off the host Waukon Indians (Waukon, IA), 2-1 in Saturday's league bout.
The Cadets now possess a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Waukon for a Northeast Iowa match on Tuesday, September 23.
The Indians (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN). The Burros enter the non-league match with a 7-5 record. In their last match, Lanesboro held off Southland (Adams, MN), 3-0, in a league match.
