In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Inderkum Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Davis Sr. Blue Devils.

The Tigers (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Franklin edged Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils play the Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) in a Sierra Foothill League challenge, on Monday, September 22. Davis Sr. will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Del Oro (Loomis, CA).
