Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA) and the visiting Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA), observed Episcopal's volleyball team top Live Oak by a count of 2-0.

The Knights (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Green Devils enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Plaquemine achieved victory over Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now own a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Feliciana for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Live Oak will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. John (Plaquemine, LA). The Saints record now stands at 7-4.
