Foundation Christian Academy Falcons (Bowling Green, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Russellville Panthers (Russellville, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Falcons (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Christian Fellowship beat Community Christian (Paducah, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Russellville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Colonels come into the challenge with a 0-19 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY).
